A Brief History of LSC
Life Source Church began as a prayer meeting for the communities of Suburban Essex County in Pastor Jon’s living room in January of 2009. By the summer of that same year a number of families joined in on the prayer meeting with the hope of reaching communities, restoring people and rejoicing together as a family. Life Source then officially opened it's doors on September 13, 2009 in Caldwell.
Life Source Church was established with the vision of being a culturally diverse ministry that truly embraces the people and way of life in Northern New Jersey by building meaningful relationships, supporting families and clearly communicating the life giving message of Jesus. Life Source Church remains committed to this vision as the church is now purchasing a facility in Caldwell to accommodate the growing congregation. The Life Source Church family is determined to remain connected to Jesus, the source of life (John 7:38) as they continue to grow! Join us and be part of what God is doing through this contemporary new church. Life Source Church is a fellowship partner with the Assemblies of God; a fellowship of churches with 3 million members in the United States and 63 million in over 200 countries. Newark Community Breakfast: Life Source Church monthly cooks and serves a breakfast for the mentally ill following a time of worship, a devotion and prayer. Join us and be the hands of Jesus extended in love.
February 12th
Freedom Sunday - While the world is consumed by ‘love’ during the Valentine season we will hold a special service to highlight God’s love for the captives of forced labor and human trafficking in our world. Come and join the fight against this injustice.
